1. The service

WorldTax.ai is an AI tax research assistant, currently in open beta and starting with Spain. This website presents the product, and lets you request access, request pricing for extended testing, or suggest a country. Features, coverage and availability may change at any time.

2. Not tax advice

WorldTax.ai supports research and understanding. It does not provide individualised tax, legal or financial advice and does not replace a qualified professional. Please read our Disclaimer.

3. Beta access

Access to the beta is granted on request through a personal link, which is for your own use and must not be shared or resold. We may limit, suspend or withdraw access at any time, particularly during the testing phase. Your first question is free; any pricing for extended testing is agreed with you separately before it applies.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, or to harm others or the service.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or scrape the service, or bypass access limits.
Do not submit confidential documents, identity documents or other sensitive personal data unless we have agreed it in writing.

5. Intellectual property

The WorldTax.ai name, logo, website design and software are owned by WorldTax.ai or its licensors. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the service as intended. Legislation and official publications referred to by the service remain subject to their own terms.

6. Liability

The service and this website are provided “as is”, particularly during the beta. To the extent permitted by law, WorldTax.ai is not liable for decisions taken, or losses arising, from reliance on outputs of the service, or for interruptions or errors. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, nor your rights as a consumer.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For disputes, the courts of Barcelona have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
